Accessibility Statement

ARUS Vertriebs GmbH is committed to making its websites accessible in line with statutory accessibility requirements. This is governed primarily by the requirements of § 12a of the German Act on Equal Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (BGG) and the Barrier-Free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0). We also align with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services (the European Accessibility Act – EAA).

Current state of compliance

Our websites are currently largely accessible. As things stand, they meet approximately 85–90% of the technical and content-related requirements of BITV 2.0 and the EAA.

The following areas are not yet fully accessible:

• Some controls cannot yet be fully operated by keyboard.
• Not all images and graphics have meaningful alternative text.
• Colour contrasts are still being optimised to ensure full readability.
• Some PDF and multimedia content has not yet been made accessible.

We are continuously working to resolve these limitations and further improve usability for all visitors.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was drawn up on 28 June 2025 and last reviewed on 5 November 2025.
Accessibility was assessed through an internal self-assessment using recognised testing tools and manual checks.
