Refund policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item of goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ARUS Vertriebs GmbH, Waldstrasse 11c, 85649 Brunnthal, Germany, support@arus-vertrieb.de, Phone: +49 89 48929691) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us or to ARUS Vertriebs GmbH (Hunyadi út 33, 9970 Szentgotthárd, Hungary) without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods which, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, this cost amounts to EUR 400. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly personalised to the consumer's specific requirements.
- Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Special notices
If you finance this contract by way of a loan and later withdraw from it, you shall also no longer be bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are at the same time your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to the financing. If the loan has already been paid out to us by the time the withdrawal becomes effective, your lender shall, in relation to you, assume the rights and obligations of the financed contract arising from the effects of the withdrawal or return. The latter shall not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign currency or derivatives).
If you wish to avoid any contractual commitment as far as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement, provided a right of withdrawal applies to that agreement as well.
