What Are the AURIPURA® Energy Rods?

The Energy Rods are the heart of the AURIPURA® chakra mattress. Seven slender, precisely crafted rods find their place inside the cold foam core — each one symbolically assigned to one of the seven main chakras of the yogic tradition.

From the root chakra rod (red, at the foot end of the mattress) to the crown chakra rod (violet, at the head end), they form a calm, continuous line along the spine. The entire concept has international patent applications pending (PCT) — protecting it as a truly unique sleep system.

How We Developed the Rods

The development was not a quick process. From the start, we had clear requirements: materials free of metal (to keep the sleep system pure), durability (so a rod lasts as long as the mattress itself — up to 10 years in the premium version), and craftsmanship that gives each rod its own identity.

What we didn't want: metal coils, cheap plastic rods, or compromises on colour. What we developed: rods made from carefully selected, beautifully crafted materials rooted in the traditional symbolism of their colour — embedded in a cold foam core with a Tencel™ cover.

Three Questions We're Often Asked

What Are the AURIPURA® Energy Rods?

The AURIPURA® Energy Rods are seven carefully crafted rods integrated into our chakra mattress. Each rod is symbolically assigned to one of the seven main chakras of the yogic tradition — from the grounding root (red) to the expansive crown (violet). They are a deliberately designed element of our holistic sleep system and part of a concept with international patent applications pending (PCT).

Can I Choose the Energy Rods Individually, or Do I Have to Take All Seven?

Both work. Many customers choose the complete set of seven rods because the symbolic wholeness matters to them. Others start with one or two rods — for example just the heart chakra rod or the root chakra rod — and add more later. Are the Energy Rods a Medical Device or an Esoteric Product?

Neither. The AURIPURA® Energy Rods are a design element of our sleep system — inspired by the symbolism of the yogic-tantric chakra teachings, but explicitly not a medical device and not a form of therapy.
